Pricing Policy

Pricing varies based on flavors and design complexity. I will review your custom requests provided through the order inquiry form and then offer you a quote.

Should you wish to proceed, a 50% deposit is due within 48 hours after your invoice has been sent to hold your date. Final payment is due no later than 24 hours before agreed upon pickup/delivery time.

Pickup vs. Delivery

Free delivery provided within 25mi radius of Bellaire, TX. Delivery fee for orders outside of this radius starts at $10. Pickup can also be arranged, however the customer will assume full liability for any damage that occurs during transport if they choose to pickup rather than have their goods delivered.

Damage Policy

I strive to provide the best customer service possible. When transporting, always make sure to place cake boxes on the floor of your vehicle. I will do my absolute best to ensure the cake is packaged in a safe and sturdy manner. Upon taking possession of your cakes/cupcakes, Cake Rx is not responsible for any damage occurring to the items during transport, set-up or any time thereafter.

Rush Orders

I may be able to take rush orders based on availability. I may not be able to have certain custom items of fulfill all requests due to the limited time frame.

A rush fee of $50 will be applied to all orders placed within 2 weeks or less. All rush orders must be paid in full once the invoice is delivered.
